Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
By subscribing to, purchasing, downloading, or using The Sunday Table guides, memberships, or materials, you agree to enter into a legally binding contract between you and Hartford Press, LLC, the owner and operator of The Sunday Table. Please make sure you read it. We've tried to make it as clear as possible, but we welcome your feedback at hello@sundaytablecatholic.com if you have questions.
1. Definitions
The Sunday Table provides its subscribers with weekly Catholic family formation guides, seasonal guides, and related materials through our website, email communications, and digital platforms.
Hartford Press, LLC is the legal business entity that owns and operates The Sunday Table.
When we say "we," "us," "our," or "The Sunday Table," we mean Hartford Press, LLC doing business as The Sunday Table.
When we say "you" or "subscribers," we are referring to individuals and families who use our services and materials (whether free or paid).
When we say "Terms," we are referring to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Accepting These Terms
Please read these Terms before subscribing to The Sunday Table or purchasing, downloading, or using any of its materials. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not subscribe to or use our guides, services, or materials.
We may amend these Terms at any time. You can view the current Terms at any time at https://sundaytablecatholic.com/terms.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
The Sunday Table is offered as a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually, at the rate shown at the time you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to receive guides until then.
Founding subscribers who join during our founding period keep their founding rate for as long as their subscription remains continuously active. If a founding subscription is cancelled or lapses, any later subscription is billed at the rate current at that time.
We may change our prices from time to time. Any price change for an active subscription will be communicated by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, except that founding rates are honored as described above.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our guides and materials, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments already made, including for partial billing periods after cancellation.
Physical gifts (such as welcome rosaries) are provided as a courtesy while supplies last, are shipped to addresses within the United States, and are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
If you believe you have been billed in error, please email us at hello@sundaytablecatholic.com and we will make it right.
5. Your License to Use Our Materials
When you subscribe, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use The Sunday Table guides and materials for your own family or household. You may print or download copies for use in your home.
You may not share, forward, post online, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute our guides or materials, in whole or in part, outside your household. Use in a classroom, parish, co-op, or other group setting requires a separate license; please email us to ask.
All original text, design, and layout in The Sunday Table materials is the copyrighted work of Hartford Press, LLC. Works of sacred art featured in our guides are in the public domain unless otherwise noted, and are credited to their artists and collections. We will use your personal information only to provide the guides and materials you have requested, to send you our emails, to ship any physical gifts, and to respond to your requests. You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
Our services are intended for use by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please email us and we will delete it.

9. Nature of Our Materials
The Sunday Table guides are offered for family devotion, formation, and education. They are not a substitute for the sacraments, the teaching of your pastor, or the guidance of the Church. We may, at our sole discretion, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. The assumption of such defense or control by us, however, shall not excuse any of your indemnity obligations.
12. Right to Terminate
Hartford Press, LLC may at any time decide to alter, amend, modify, or discontinue our services, all in our sole discretion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
13. General
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that you will bring any claim or cause of action arising out of your use of our services or materials in the courts located within Douglas County, Colorado, and you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
You agree that any claim or cause of action must be filed within one year after such claim arose or it shall be forever barred.
If any provision contained in these Terms is determined unenforceable, that provision will be severed and replaced with one that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms set forth the entire agreement between you and Hartford Press, LLC and supersede any prior communications or agreements.
